“A Glimpse of Femininity” explores femininity as something delicate yet imbued with the strength of constant transformation. The title does not suggest a precise definition, but rather a glimpse a subtle presence emerging through colour and layered surfaces.
No recognisable figure appears in the painting. Instead, a feeling takes shape through transparency, overlapping layers and subtle imperfections. The soft, light tones, with hints of colours traditionally associated with femininity, such as pink, evoke an intimate and sensitive dimension.
These marks speak of memory, emotion and personal experience, suggesting a femininity that is not displayed, but experienced inwardly shaped by silence, depth and delicacy.
